Welcome to The Dental Forum web site!

The Dental Forum is made up of Active Members (limited to fifty, by invitation only), Life Members and Honorary Members. The membership is from the Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin areas. These dentists are committed to continuing education and practicing dentistry to a very high standard. The Forum has Continuing Education Meetings six times a year, a Holiday party, and The Wally Farrell Memorial Golf Outing each June.
